RhineGene GmbH – Munich RhineGene Germany GmbH, the German subsidiary of the international molecular diagnostics company RhineGene B.V. Netherlands, is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join its team as a Molecular Diagnostics Product Specialist in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting visits to laboratories, research centers, universities, and hospitals to present and promote the full range of molecular diagnostics products.
• Managing customer communications and support, including:
  • Providing necessary information and documentation to customers.
  • Addressing routine technical inquiries.
  • Informing customers about product specifications, usage, storage, and delivery.
• Maintaining detailed records of activities and reporting them to management.
• Analyzing the market and potential customer base, providing feedback to R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams.
• Coordinating and organizing customer training and demonstration sessions, organizing the required teams, kits, materials, equipment, and instruments required for these events.
• Delivering training sessions and demonstrations at customer sites.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Molecular Biology or Biology.
• Passion for working and learning within a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
• Proficiency in German and English (both spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of diagnostic products.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows systems and office programs.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and dynamic approach to work.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
